Payment services are provided through Maksekeskus AS.
For the purpose of processing payments, Clarico OÜ may transfer personal data necessary for payment processing, including customer name, order details, payment amount and contact information, to Maksekeskus AS acting as an authorised processor or independent controller where required by applicable law.
Maksekeskus AS processes payment transactions in accordance with its own privacy and security requirements. Clarico OÜ does not have access to customers' online banking credentials or full payment card details.
7. Relationship with Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify as well as third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside, in order to provide and improve the Services for you.
