We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, ingredient lists, allergen information, nutritional information, and usage recommendations before purchasing or consuming any product.
Clarico OÜ is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from allergies, food intolerances, sensitivities, medical conditions, or misuse of products contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.

6. Orders
To place an order, the customer must add the selected products to the shopping cart, enter the required customer and delivery information, choose a delivery method, and complete the payment using one of the available payment methods displayed during checkout.
Before submitting the order, the customer is provided with the total purchase price, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges.
After successful payment, an order confirmation will be sent to the customer's email address.
7. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are shown in euros (€).
Applicable taxes are included where required by law.
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS.
Available payment methods may include bank payments, card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment solutions offered through Maksekeskus AS.
Payment transactions take place outside the Clarico online store in a secure environment. When paying via bank link, payment is processed in the secure environment of the respective bank. When paying by card, payment is processed in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS.
Clarico does not have access to the customer's online banking credentials or full payment card details.
The contract enters into force once the payment has been successfully received.
Clarico OÜ is the controller of personal data and transfers personal data necessary for payment processing to the authorised processor Maksekeskus AS.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Clarico delivers products within Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Orders are delivered through logistics partners including:
• Omniva
• DPD
• SmartPosti
• Venipak
• Unisend
Available delivery methods may vary depending on the destination country and delivery address.
Products marked as "In Stock" are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Products marked as "Available on Backorder" are ordered from our suppliers after the customer places an order. For such products, the estimated delivery time is generally 7–14 business days.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
• Estonia: 1–3 business days
• Latvia: 2–5 business days
• Lithuania: 2–5 business days
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the selected shipping provider, destination, seasonal demand, customs procedures (if applicable), and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Unless otherwise agreed, all orders will be fulfilled no later than 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the sales contract.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on our website.
Customers should review the Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

Our online store is powered by Shopify.
While Shopify provides the technical platform used to operate the store, all purchases are made directly with Clarico OÜ.
Shopify is not responsible for products sold by Clarico or for transactions between Clarico and its customers.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarico shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
