We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and provide reliable delivery services through trusted logistics partners.
2. Shipping Destinations
Clarico currently ships throughout Estonia and may offer delivery to Latvia, Lithuania, and selected European countries depending on available shipping methods.
Available delivery destinations and shipping options are displayed during checkout and may change from time to time.
Clarico reserves the right to modify available delivery destinations without prior notice.
3. Shipping Providers
Depending on the destination country and selected delivery method, orders may be delivered through logistics partners including:
- Omniva
- DPD
- Smartpost Itella
- Other available shipping providers displayed during checkout
Available shipping options may vary by country and destination.
4. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed after successful payment confirmation.
For products that are in stock, orders are usually prepared and dispatched as soon as possible after payment has been received.
Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends, public holidays, or other non-working days.
Unless otherwise agreed, orders will be fulfilled within 30 days from the conclusion of the sales contract.
5. Delivery Times
In-Stock Products
For products that are available in stock, estimated delivery times are generally:
- Estonia: 1–5 business days
- Latvia and Lithuania: 2–7 business days
- Other European destinations: 3–10 business days
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the selected shipping method, destination, seasonal demand, and the logistics provider.
Products Not Currently in Stock
Certain products may be available for purchase on backorder when they are temporarily out of stock.
For backorder products, the estimated delivery time is generally between 7 and 14 business days.
Where a product is available on backorder, this information will be displayed on the relevant product page before purchase.

Clarico is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers;
- Logistics providers;
- Customs procedures;
- Force majeure events;
- Weather conditions;
- Strikes;
- Technical disruptions;
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers.
7. Tracking Information
Where available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment tracking information and collecting parcels within the storage period specified by the logistics provider.
8. Failed Deliveries and Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is returned to Clarico because:
- The customer provided incorrect delivery information;
- The parcel was not collected within the storage period;
- Delivery could not be completed due to reasons attributable to the customer;
Clarico reserves the right to charge additional shipping costs for reshipment.
Any refunds issued in such cases may be reduced by shipping and handling costs where permitted by applicable law.
9. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer when the goods are delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer.
Customers should inspect parcels upon receipt and contact us promptly if any damage or delivery issues are identified.
